Life is good...

Starting taking Vitamin D. It truly works. I have been feeling great!

Making some important changes/decisions regarding my education/career. Looking forward to sharing that soon!

1-1-11 journaling.. a new year.. a new me.. a new start

I am trying something new this year. I read about it over at 2peas. Someone is going to post a few journaling prompts daily and I'm going to try and use those and journal.  Be forewarned. it may be depressing at times.
I'm in a really really rough place right now and need to make some changes.

Anyway. here is today's prompt.

*I plan to accomplish the following three things this year... 


The three things I want to accomplish this year are: weight loss. I am not defining this by a number or a size. I have a long way to go and it will take time. But I just want to start eating healthier and moving more. I plan to utilize my wii and my exercise equipment at home and at work.  I am going to continue going to weight watchers and work harder at sticking to the plan. We are also doing the biggest loser competition at work and I plan to be really active in that contest.


I also want to learn more about photography and improve my skills. I can read photography books while on the treadmill!  It's a win win!!! 


I also need to work on self acceptance. I just can't go on about that right now...

Going away...

Taking a road trip.. with Chez and Mandy Kay to see the fabulous Heather B!! We are going to Pittsburgh!

It's no secret that my favorite color is purple so I had to have this Bo Bunny line. I loved using it for this picture of my girls. I miss the good times we used to have.....

Happy Halloween!

So, today is Halloween. Last weekend we visited a local church's trunk or treat. Noah hated it. I begged him and his cousin to stand for a picture. Blake is on the right and is 8 and Noah is 12. LOL

Noah went to a halloween party last night and here he is in his costume.

Today, I am loving fall. The colors are so pretty and the weather is just beautiful. I struggle with fall because I get (more) depressed when the time changes and I start losing my sun light. I hope this year I will be okay!
